TRY BEFORE YOU OPEN POLICY
At Imperio Fragranza, we want you to experience your fragrance with confidence before opening your full-size bottle.
That’s why every eligible 50ml fragrance comes with a complimentary 2ml trial sample of the same fragrance. Try the sample first while keeping your 50ml bottle sealed. If the fragrance isn’t the right match for you, you may return the unopened 50ml bottle under the conditions below.
1. How It Works
Your order includes a complimentary 2ml sample corresponding to your purchased fragrance:
RAVÈNTO 50ml — Complimentary RAVÈNTO 2ml sample
MYSTÈLLÉ 50ml — Complimentary MYSTÈLLÉ 2ml sample
Pair of Any Two — Complimentary 2ml samples corresponding to both selected fragrances
Simply try the 2ml sample first before opening your 50ml bottle.
Love the fragrance? Open your full-size bottle and enjoy it.
Not the right match? Keep the 50ml bottle sealed and request a return.
2. Return Window
If you decide the fragrance is not for you after trying the complimentary sample, you must initiate your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after this period will not qualify under the Try Before You Open Guarantee.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the 50ml fragrance must remain:
Completely unopened and unused
In its original packaging
With the original seal/authenticity sticker intact
Free from damage or tampering
Once the 50ml bottle has been opened or its seal has been broken, it will no longer qualify for return under the Try Before You Open Guarantee.
The complimentary 2ml trial sample does not need to be returned, and no amount will be deducted for using it.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us through WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your name and order/contact details
The fragrance you wish to return
Clear photographs of the unopened 50ml bottle, original packaging and intact seal/authenticity sticker
Once the initial eligibility is verified, Imperio Fragranza will provide the return instructions.
5. Pair of Any Two — Partial Returns
If you purchase a Pair of Any Two and decide to keep one fragrance while returning the other, you may return the unwanted 50ml bottle provided it meets all return eligibility requirements.
Because the pair is offered at a special bundle price, the fragrance you choose to keep will be recalculated at the applicable single-fragrance price. The remaining eligible amount will then be refunded.
This allows you to keep the fragrance you love without losing the flexibility of the Try Before You Open Guarantee.
6. Refunds
Once the returned 50ml bottle is received by Imperio Fragranza, its seal, packaging and condition will be inspected.
If the return meets the requirements of this policy, the eligible product amount will be refunded in full. No amount will be deducted for the complimentary 2ml sample.
Approved refunds will be issued through an available digital payment method agreed with the customer.
7. Returns That Do Not Qualify
Imperio Fragranza may decline a return under this guarantee if the returned 50ml product:
Has been opened or used
Has a broken or removed seal/authenticity sticker
Has been tampered with
Is not returned in its original packaging
Has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Does not otherwise meet the conditions of this policy
We therefore strongly recommend testing the complimentary 2ml sample first and keeping the full-size bottle completely sealed until you decide to keep the fragrance.
