1. Website Use

This website is provided to help customers explore Imperio Fragranza, learn about our fragrances, and place order requests.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and must not misuse, interfere with, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its services.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Customers may place an order request through our website order form or WhatsApp.

Submitting an order request does not automatically confirm an order. Your order is considered confirmed once Imperio Fragranza verifies and confirms it with you through WhatsApp or phone call.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving incorrect information, product availability, pricing errors, suspected misuse, or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.

3. Prices & Payments

Products will be charged at the price displayed or agreed upon when your order is confirmed.

Customers may pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) or available online payment methods, including NayaPay and Zindigi.

Prices, promotional offers, discounts and delivery charges may change from time to time. Any applicable charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

Changes made after an order has already been confirmed will not affect the price or conditions agreed upon for that confirmed order.

4. Order Cancellation

A confirmed order may be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Any request after dispatch will be handled according to our applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy and Try Before You Open Policy.

5. Product Availability

We aim to keep our fragrances available. However, if a product becomes temporarily unavailable, your order may require additional time to fulfill.

If this happens, we will inform you of the expected delay. Where an advance payment has already been made, you may choose to wait for the product or request a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Product Information

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible through the descriptions and images displayed on our website.

Customers will receive the fragrance they ordered. However, packaging, presentation, labels or design elements may occasionally be updated in the future without necessarily changing the fragrance itself.

Minor differences may also occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings or updated packaging.

7. Fragrance Experience

Fragrance is a personal experience, and its performance may vary between individuals.

Factors including skin chemistry, environment, temperature, application and usage may influence how a fragrance smells, projects and lasts.

For this reason, scent perception, projection and longevity cannot be guaranteed to be identical for every customer.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and intellectual property associated with Imperio Fragranza—including our brand identity, logo, product names such as RAVÈNTO and MYSTÈLLÉ, product visuals, photography, graphics, website design elements and written content—belong to Imperio Fragranza or are used with appropriate rights.

Our content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial purposes. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or used to represent another business without prior permission from Imperio Fragranza.

Imperio Fragranza may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary and may also change future prices, promotions, offers or related policies.

Updated terms will apply from the time they become effective and will not alter the agreed price or conditions of an order that has already been confirmed.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions and the use of our website are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
